I’m Heidi—a clinical mental health therapist and Level 1 IFS practitioner specializing in attachment patterns and relational childhood trauma. I help people get curious about  ingrained emotional patterns and find deep, transformative, change.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other experiential, trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR and AEDP, I guide clients in holding and healing the parts of themselves that carry pain, fear, and self-doubt—so they can reconnect with their creative, compassionate Self.

For those ready to identify the deeper roots or face something you’ve been avoiding.

These Sessions are designed to be 3-6 session deep dives for people who already have a therapist or ongoing support—or for those who feel steady enough in their lives to explore a focused piece of inner work.
