I’m Glad You’re Here.

I’m Heidi—a clinical mental health therapist and Level 1 IFS practitioner specializing in attachment patterns and relational childhood trauma. I help people get curious about  ingrained emotional patterns and find deep, lasting change.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other experiential, trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR and AEDP, I guide clients in healing the parts of themselves that carry pain, fear, and self-doubt—so they can reconnect with their most creative, playful, compassionate Self.

One-on-one IFS therapy is where we build a consistent, trusting relationship over time. These sessions support not just one trailhead, but the whole ecosystem of your life—your relationships, nervous system, patterns, and emotional history.

IFS Depth Sessions

For those ready to identify the deeper roots of a stuck pattern or finally face something you’ve been avoiding.

Deep Dive Sessions are designed for people who already have a therapist or ongoing support—or for those who feel steady enough in their lives to explore a focused piece of inner work.

IFS Groups

IFS, Attachment and Relationships Group

An ongoing educational and supportive group for people interested in IFS who want to explore attachment styles, break free from old relational patterns, and move toward secure, authentic connections. Meets for 90 minutes , second Monday of the month 5:30- 7:00pm (CST).

Explore your inner worlds together

Explore the roots of your issues through identifying attachment patterns and adaptive relational strategies learned in childhood. Learn to communicate using “parts” language, decrease shame, increase vulnerability. Heal together.
