Work With Me

“The cave you fear holds the treasure you seek.”
— Joseph Campbell

One-on-one IFS Sessions for Ongoing Support

hourly session | $150

A space to slow down, turn inward, and truly meet yourself.

These sessions are designed to help you process and release unresolved memories or stuck emotional patterns. Together, we create space for clarity, relief, and reconnection with your most grounded, authentic Self.

IFS Deep Dives -- Short Term, Deep Work

60-minute prep session +  75-minute depth session/s*

Depth sessions are extended 90-minute appointments plus an in-depth “trailheads” intake designed to help you move beneath surface symptoms and into the root of what’s driving your patterns. We slow everything down, track your nervous system, and follow your parts with care so you can access the deeper emotional layers that weekly therapy can’t always reach.

These sessions are ideal for people who feel “stuck,” want a breakthrough, or need space to explore a core wound or protective pattern. You’ll leave with clarity, integration, and a renewed connection to your Self.

*Generally clients need 2-6 sessions | $185 per 75-minute session
