One-on-one IFS Sessions for Depth & Transformation

50-minute session | $140

A space to slow down, turn inward, and truly meet yourself.

One-on-one sessions are designed for those seeking ongoing weekly or bi-weekly support as they move through personal growth, emotional healing, and inner transformation. Ideal for clients who want consistent reflection, guidance, and accountability.

These sessions are designed to help you process and release unresolved memories or stuck emotional patterns. Together, we create space for clarity, relief, and reconnection with your most grounded, authentic Self. If needed, we will also integrate narrative therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities into your treatment plan.

IFS / EMDR Intensives

      From $210 – $840 | Packages range from one to four days of 90-minute consecutive sessions, Includes a free pre-session meeting and personalized workbook. 

      Intensives are ideal for individuals who already have insight and self-awareness and are ready to go beyond talk therapy into experiential, embodied healing. These sessions are especially helpful for clients who are already working with a therapist and want to go deeper between regular sessions.

      Sessions may be scheduled for a single day, or in successive 2, 3, or 4 day formats, we will determine what format is best for you depending on your budget and goals.
