How Many People Will Be in My Group?
Groups are limited at 6 to 8 people to ensure that everyone gets personalized attention and has space to deepen their inner experience.
How Much Will It Cost?
A monthly fee of $150 will be charged at the start of each month (cancel any time before the first of the month). This covers four sessions per month and includes additional resources, and support in a private, online messaging group. Note, the monthly fee is the same even if you’re unable to attend all sessions.
Who are These Groups For?
Anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in a deeper understanding of themself and who seeks healing through connection and community.
What Will We Do ?
Through guided exercises, group discussions, and individual attention, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical tools to support your ongoing healing and growth. Mainly we will be mapping and sharing about our inner world of parts, getting to know parts, and healing old wounds through compassionate witnessing.

Where Will We Meet and for How Long?
This group meets online, weekly, for one hour via Zoom. You will receive a link and login information after signing up. Times and days TBD; choose the time that best fits your schedule on the sign up form.
