This is a good fit for you if ...
You’re Busy
Weekly sessions aren’t always feasible. Intensives offer a concentrated space for deep healing—without the long-term commitment.
You’re Ready for Depth
You’ve done the insight work. Now you’re ready to go beyond understanding and shift patterns at their root.
You Feel Disconnected
Despite all your growth, something still feels out of reach. This work helps you move from knowing to feeling—from thought to embodiment.
You’re Tired of Adapting
You’ve spent a lifetime managing, pleasing, or protecting. Now you want to feel belonging as your whole, authentic self.
You’re in Transition
Big changes bring old wounds to the surface. An intensive helps you meet them with clarity, compassion, and Self-leadership.
IFS Intensives help you stop identifying with your wounds and start leading with Self—so you can feel whole, connected, and more fully you.

FAQ
What is an IFS Intensive??
An IFS Intensive is a deep, focused therapeutic experience designed to help you access and heal the root causes of emotional distress. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll explore the protective patterns and wounded parts of you with curiosity and compassion, allowing for transformation at a deep level.
In some cases, I may integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) techniques to help process traumatic memories, especially when they are highly charged or feel stuck. This combination allows for a gentle yet powerful approach to healing.
Each intensive is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a safe and supportive experience that fosters real change.
How much does an IFS & EMDR Intensive cost?
The cost of an IFS intensive is $450. This includes a 30-minute prep session, the intensive is a 2 to 3-hour healing session, optional integration sessions to support the healing and help you apply what you’ve learned can be requested for an additional fee. An initial deposit of $50 is required to book.
What will we do during the Intensive?
During the Intensive, we will combine IFS techniques to identify and work with the parts of you that hold emotional pain or limiting beliefs, with EMDR to process past trauma or emotional memories. This dual approach allows for a deeper healing experience, releasing old wounds while also integrating new, healthier emotional patterns. My hope is that you will leave the session with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a sense of healing that goes beyond simply understanding your issues.
Where will the Intensive take place?
All intensives are conducted online via a secure Zoom link. You can join the session from wherever you feel comfortable and safe. I will guide you through the process as we work together to access and heal your emotional landscape.
Who are Intensives ideal for?
IFS Intensives are ideal for individuals who already have a therapist and who are dealing with long-term emotional pain, trauma, or unresolved issues that may not have fully responded to talk therapy alone. If you’re looking for deep, lasting change in a short period of time, this combined approach is perfect for you. It’s especially effective for those who have experienced attachment wounds, childhood trauma, or major life challenges and want to process these experiences more fully.
How long does an IFS & EMDR Intensive last?
Each intensive is booked for 3 hours in total* , divided into three sessions:
- Prep Session: 30-minutes to explore your goals, review your history, and set the foundation for the work ahead.
- Intensive Session: up to 3 hours. We’ll work deeply with IFS and other experiential therapies such as EMDR, and AEDP.
- (optional) Integration Session: 50-minutes, where we reflect on the experience, solidify the insights, and create a plan for how to integrate the healing into your life moving forward.
“We reserve 3 hours for your intensive, but some sessions naturally complete closer to 2 or 2.5 hours. Your system sets the pace—we follow what feels most grounded and complete.”
Can I book multiple Intensives?
Yes!
If you’re interested in continuing the work after your first intensive, you can book additional individual intensive sessions at a discounted rate of $350, allowing you to dive deeper into specific areas of your healing.
Alternatively, you may book hourly or 90-minute coaching sessions.
Do I Need to Prepare?
Yes, some preparation will help you get the most out of your intensive. Before our session, I’ll provide you with a reflection worksheet to guide you through some personal exploration. This will help you clarify your intentions, connect with your inner experience, and identify key areas you’d like to focus on during our time together. While not mandatory, this reflection process will support a deeper and more meaningful experience.
