How Many People Will Be in My Group?
Groups are limited at 6 to 8 people to ensure that everyone gets personalized attention and has space to deepen their inner experience.
How Much Will It Cost?
$35 per session. Participants commit to, and are billed for 4 sessions to start with the option to continue every four weeks. Missed sessions cannot be refunded due to the. nature of the service. Discounted rate for students, $25
Who are These Groups For?
Counseling students or mental health practitioners new to IFS who are interested in a deeper understanding of their inner world and who seek healing and learning through connection and community.
What Will We Do ?
Through guided exercises, group discussions, and individual attention, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical tools to support your ongoing healing and growth. Mainly we will be mapping and sharing about our inner worlds of parts, talking about IFS theory, building trust with parts, and healing old wounds through compassionate witnessing, unburdening, and integration.

Where Will We Meet and for How Long?
This group meets online, weekly, for one hour via Zoom. Group begins on Monday, March 10th, at 12:00 PM CST. This group functions as an ongoing process and therapy group, running continuously. Participation is flexible, with an option to decide every four weeks whether to continue with the group. You will receive a link and login information after signing up.
