IFS and Attachment:

Meets every other Friday starting June 13th at 1:00 PM (CST), Live on Zoom

Explore your attachment style and heal old patterns through the IFS lens

This group is designed for individuals who want to explore their inner world in a safe, supportive space. Rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and attachment theory, each session blends guided teaching with open discussion and group support.

Together, we’ll explore the parts of you shaped by early relationships and help you shift long-held patterns through curiosity, compassion, and internal connection.

What to Expect:

  • A blend of experiential exercises, psychoeducation, and live group processing

  • Tools to recognize and work with protectors, exiles, and attachment wounds

  • Guided inner work and optional group sharing (participation encouraged but never forced)

  • A small, consistent group of fellow travelers on the healing path (capacity is limited to 10 people)

Perfect for:

  • Clients already familiar with IFS or therapy

  • Anyone seeking a community space to deepen their healing

  • Those navigating people-pleasing, anxious/avoidant tendencies, or inner critic patterns

Meets twice monthly for $80/month subscription. No long-term commitment required, but consistency is encouraged for deeper growth. No refunds are offered for missed sessions.

FAQ

How Many People Will Be in My Group?

Groups are limited to 10 people to ensure that everyone gets personalized attention and has space to deepen their inner experience.

How Much Will It Cost?

A monthly fee of $80 will be charged at the start of each month (cancel any time before the first of the month). This covers two 60-minute monthly sessions, and access to a private Facebook group to discuss IFS and parts work in community.

Who are These Groups For?

This group is designed for individuals who are curious about their inner world and ready to explore the deeper roots of their relationship patterns. Whether you identify as anxiously attached, avoidant, disorganized, or unsure of your style, this space offers support, education, and experiential guidance.

You might resonate with this group if:

  • You often feel overwhelmed or disconnected in relationships

  • You notice cycles of people-pleasing, pulling away, or fear of abandonment

  • You’re already in therapy but want to go deeper between sessions

  • You’re interested in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and want help applying it to real-life attachment struggles

  • You’re longing for more secure, compassionate relationships—with others and with yourself

All parts of you are welcome here.

What Will We Do ?

Each session blends gentle structure with space for reflection, connection, and real-time practice. Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, we’ll explore how your early relationships shaped your attachment style—and how your inner parts continue to carry those patterns today.

Together, we will:

  • Learn about attachment styles and how they show up in everyday life

  • Identify protector parts and the roles they play in your relationships

  • Connect with vulnerable parts that carry longing, fear, or shame

  • Practice self-compassion and create more space for secure, internal connection

  • Share (at your comfort level) in a supportive group of fellow travelers

  • Use experiential exercises to foster insight, clarity, and emotional safety

This is not just a discussion group—it’s a space for real-time transformation and inner bonding. No prior experience with IFS is required, just a willingness to be curious.
