Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a hairstylist, bartender, teacher, and writer—roles that taught me how people reveal themselves through story, subtext, and emotional tone. That narrative skill now informs my parts work: I pay close attention to the internal characters, patterns, and protectors that shape our lives.
I help clinicians and students deepen their Self-energy, understand their own protective systems, and bring IFS into their work with clarity and compassion. I especially support those navigating attachment wounds, self-doubt, spiritual or identity deconstruction, and burnout from over-functioning.
IFS changed the way I relate to myself—and I bring that lived experience into how I teach, consult, and support other clinicians. My work is grounded, curious, and experiential, with an emphasis on helping you access the wisdom of your own system so you can show up more fully in your work with clients.
