Three ways to work

Choose what fits where you are.

All three offerings are experiential and depth-oriented. One is an entry point for anyone curious about their inner world. One is focused trauma reprocessing. One adds ketamine to the reprocessing work.

IFS Depth Sessions

Open to anyone

A space to slow down, turn inward, and truly meet your parts. These 90-minute sessions are for mapping your inner world — getting to know the parts that protect you, understanding the patterns they create, and beginning to sense what they organize around.

Deep trauma processing isn't the focus — though genuine moments of shift and sometimes unburdening happen naturally when parts feel truly met.

Process & Unburden

IFS & EMDR Trauma Reprocessing

Existing therapist required

A focused series of sessions designed to go toward what your system has been protecting. Using IFS and EMDR together, we work directly with exiles, process unresolved memories, and support real unburdening — at a pace your nervous system can hold.

Sessions are scheduled in close succession — typically within one to two weeks — so your system stays open and momentum is maintained between sessions.

Reprocess — With Medicine

Ketamine-Assisted IFS & EMDR

Prescriber required

Everything in the IFS & EMDR Reprocessing track — with ketamine added. At a low psycholytic dose, ketamine temporarily reduces the brain's defensive processing and opens a window of enhanced neuroplasticity. Having a skilled trauma therapist present during that window, doing actual parts work and reprocessing, produces more durable outcomes than ketamine alone.

Ketamine is prescribed by your doctor or psychiatrist — not by me. I provide the therapeutic container before, during, and after the ketamine session. A trusted person must be physically present with you during dosing.

90-min preparation session · $250 2-hour guided journey session · $300 90-min integration session · $250 Core arc · $800 total Additional sessions · $250 each Telehealth · Client at home · WI & LA Prescriber coordination required

The process

How it works.

01

Free Intake Call

A 15–30 minute conversation to understand what's bringing you, what feels ready, and which offering makes sense for where you are.

02

We Begin

Sessions are 90 minutes — longer than standard therapy to allow for deeper settling and real movement. We go at a pace your system can hold.

03

Integration

Between sessions you have space to integrate what's emerged. For reprocessing work, sessions are scheduled close together to maintain momentum.

04

What Comes Next

Some clients return for more sessions as new things become ready. Others return to ongoing therapy. We support whatever comes next.

Is this right for you?

A quick guide.

IFS Depth Sessions might be right if...

  • You're curious about parts work and want to experience it firsthand
  • You want to understand a specific pattern, protector, or inner voice
  • You're between therapists and want some focused inner work
  • You're a therapist wanting to experience IFS as a client
  • You want something contained — one session or a small series
  • You're already in therapy and want to go deeper between sessions

Trauma Reprocessing might be right if...

  • You're already working with a therapist and feel ready to go toward something specific
  • You have a clear trauma or memory that feels ready to be processed
  • You've done some IFS or EMDR before and want focused intensive work
  • Your therapist has referred you for specialized reprocessing work
  • You have existing coping resources and feel stable enough to go deeper

KAP might be right if...

  • You've tried therapy and something still isn't moving
  • You're open to medicine as part of your healing process
  • You have a prescriber willing to collaborate on a KAP protocol
  • You want the depth of EMDR reprocessing with enhanced neuroplasticity
  • You're stable enough to tolerate an altered state experience
  • You're curious about ketamine-assisted work but want real therapy — not just a guided experience

I specialize in attachment trauma, C-PTSD, and early relational wounds. My approach to intensive and depth work is experiential and relational — I use IFS and EMDR in an integrated way, moving between mapping your inner world and reprocessing the experiences that keep parts stuck.

I don't rush. I pace intensive work carefully, with attention to your protectors and your nervous system's capacity. The goal isn't to push through — it's to go toward with enough safety that something real can shift.
